Do you want to achieve your goals? Do you want to achieve your hopes and dreams?
So what do we think we can do?
We say we want something, but we find that we are not ready to let go of the routine and the bad habits that come our way. What do you offer? The answer is part of how we want something. Are we so passionate about our goals that we're willing to do whatever it takes to achieve them? Or is it pretty pointless that deep down we're willing to let go of all our friends, relationships, and every other sense of normalcy?
The path to productivity
The greatest equation of life is time. The time allotted to each of us is 24 hours a day, or 1,440 minutes or 86,400 seconds to be exact. What we choose to do with this precious time determines our quality of life. The path to production may be rocky, but it's the path to all success.
So what to do to be productive?
Be an early riser
We work earlier. You might hate the sound of your alarm clock in the morning, but the quiet time can help bring you a little closer to your goals. If you want something bad enough, you'll be willing to give up everything to get it.
exercise for 30 minutes
30 minutes is enough. You don't need more than that. In fact, you can increase it to 30 minutes using character power. Start small and build. Do 10 minutes a day the first week, increase by 10 minutes the second week, and increase by 10 minutes the third week.
Set monthly and weekly goals
Do you want to increase your productivity? Well, first you need a long term goal. When you set long-term goals, you can't change even if you fail. You need to change your plan.
Success depends on the activities you do each day, each week and each month to achieve this goal. You can always call it important.
Create a daily to-do list
A list shouldn't dictate your entire life, but it helps you focus your efforts. It's easy to change direction during the day and it's easy to miss things that need to be done. I'm not talking about a million different jobs or things we have to do. We are talking about something very important. Before the hour
To be successful, you need to manage your time well. It's true...
At first it may seem like a daunting task, but it's simple and clear. As long as you plan and create a daily to-do list, you can prioritize your tasks and eliminate wasted time.
Focus on the 80/20 rule
The 80/20 rule, also known as the Pareto principle, states that 80% of the results come from 20% of the effort. I wrote an article on the 80/20 rule that summarizes the importance of using this basic principle. No matter what we do in terms of sales, marketing, production, university exams, 80% of the results we get come from just 20% hard work. If you study for an exam, 80% of your results depend on 20% of the time you study. 80% of turnover comes from 20% of customers.
Remove distractions
Anxiety makes us anxious. They divert us and take us tangentially, probably not allowing us to do the maximum. They slow down the process of achieving goals and make us unable to live independently and not depend on others.
We can all strive to eliminate distractions from our lives. From endless videos to useless social media to face-to-face conversations that seem to take up too much of our free time, and beyond, we all have a responsibility to intrude here and there.
But if you want to be productive and achieve your goals, you need to eliminate distractions from your life. Activities that are not important or important should be boldly abandoned. It doesn't mean you won't have a life. This means that you should spend more of your time moving forward than just going out.
Some of these obstacles are a product of the wrong way of life and some of the wrong way of life, but they are all areas of conflict that help you drift away from your goals rather than reaching them first.
